What we collect

Gymdelish collects only the data you provide:

• Account: email address
• Body metrics: height, date of birth, sex, and weight logs
• Fitness: exercise logs, cardio activities, recovery sessions
• Nutrition: meal plans and filler preferences

We do not store passwords. Authentication uses a temporary code sent to your email.

Health Connect (Android)

With your permission, Gymdelish can read weight data from Google Health Connect to auto-fill your weight log. This is the only Health Connect data type we access. Weight readings are displayed in the app and may be saved to your Gymdelish account; they are never shared with third parties. You can revoke this access at any time in your device's Health Connect settings.

Cookies

We use a single encrypted session cookie to keep you logged in for up to 7 days. No analytics or tracking cookies are used.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the Gymdelish service: calculating nutritional targets, tracking workouts, and generating meal plans. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.

Third-party services

We use three external services:

• Resend — sends login code emails. Receives only your email address.
• OpenRouter (Claude AI) — generates shopping lists from your meal plan ingredients. No personal or health data is sent, only ingredient names and amounts.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription status for GymDelish Pro. Receives your anonymous user identifier and purchase receipts from the App Store or Google Play. No health, fitness, or nutrition data is shared with RevenueCat.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Where data is stored

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. All connections use HTTPS.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us. Once processed, all associated data is permanently removed.
