Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Gymdelish account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@gymdelish.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line.
  3. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all of your data, including:

  1. Your email address and profile information
  2. Weight logs and body metrics
  3. Exercise and workout history
  4. Cardio activity logs
  5. Meal plans and nutrition preferences

No data is retained after deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
